A city politician stunned the administration of a city hospital when he requested to be permitted to have some private time with his Mpango wa Kando.

The Jubilee politician, who is serving his second term in office, asked the head medical attendant to permit him time to “talk about a few issues” with his girlfriend, who was wearing a tight dress that demonstrated all her sexy cerve.
