Subpoenaed: The Trump administration has issued a formal subpoena to Kathy Hochul’s New York after officials say the state blocked a federal investigation into a deadly bus crash involving a Chinese-born CDL driver licensed in New York.
The crash in Virginia killed five people, including children, and
left dozens injured.Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says the driver reportedly could not speak English, raising serious questions about how Hochul’s New York is issuing commercial driver’s licenses and whether public safety is being ignored.
When children are dead and families are destroyed, no state should be allowed to stonewall an investigation.
