Sleep naked for a happy relationship - Study Now

Sleeping in the nude can have positive effects on your relationship, a new study has found.

Forgot about sexy lingerie; if you really want to spice things up in the bedroom try sleeping in your birthday suit.

According to a study conducted by Cotton USA most couples claimed that sleeping in the nude was one of the reasons behind their happy relationships.

57 percent of those who sleep in the nude said they were happy in their relationships, compared to 48 percent of those in pyjamas, 43 percent of nightie wearers and 38 percent of those in onesies, dailymail.co.uk reports.

‘I have been sleeping in the nude for six years now and it’s so much more comfortable than wearing pyjamas or boxer shorts.

‘My wife does it too, and we have never been happier. It helps you relax when you’re in bed,’ one respondent, Stephen McKensie, 33 was quoted saying.

According to Bollywoodshaadis.com, sleeping in the nude also has the following positive effects:

Enhanced lifestyle

It relaxes the body and helps in a comfortable sleep. As a result, people wake up refreshed and remain energetic all day along.

Protects privates

Sleeping naked increases ventilation to a woman’s private area making it comfortable and keeping it dry; thereby avoiding chances of fungal infection. For men, it has also been found to increase fertility by keeping the testes at adequate temperature and retaining the sperm quality.

Fights insomnia

Medical research have shown that sleeping naked is good for those suffering from insomnia as it has a comforting effect on them.
