"It's almost a year since I removed my silicon" - Karen Igho reveals

Newly married Karen Igho-Rakos has revealed that its almost a year since she removed her silicon breast implants. Apparently, marriage has changed her and she now sends out inspiring tweets about embracing oneself, self-acceptance and feeling fabulous with yourself and not how people perceive you. Karen only recently overcame a battle with breast cancer.
