Heartburn Is A Symptom Of Stomach Or Oesophageal Cancer

Yeah!! newely found health campaign is asking people not to ignore heartburn, because it could be a sign of stomach or oesophageal cancer. According to Public Health England, people should report to their doctors if they have persistent heartburn or difficulty swallowing food for three weeks or more.  According to them, it is a likely symptom of cancer and most people are not aware of this.

Stomach and oesophageal cancers are the fifth most common cancers in England and around the world. The campaign says, the earlier the cancers are diagnosed, the more likely the treatment is to be successful.
