This is to inform you that an American woman has been kidnapped in Kogi State, Nigeria.
The unnamed American was doing a missionary work in a school in Kogi when she was kidnapped
yesterday morning around 10:00am. It was gathered that the men came into the school
premises shooting sporadically to scare people away before kidnapping her and
escaping through a bush part. Police have said it is believed she was kidnapped
for ransom.
