yesterday announced his engagement to boyfriend Dustin Lance Black, 41. He also
moved a step forward by sharing a heartfelt image on Instagram showing their
stunning silver engagement rings placed delicately against their forthcoming
marriage declaration.
Still revealing
in engagement bliss, the Olympian wrote alongside the romantic post:

His mother, Debbie
Daley also supports the union and has already spoken of her 'extreme
excitement' and insisted 'age is but a number' and wished the diver well in his
