News As Court Grants Dasuki, Four Others Bail

News we got has it that the High Court sitting in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on Monday granted former National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki and four others bail.

The court granted them bail on the condition of provision of N250 million bond each and a surety in like sum.


The four others granted bail along side Dasuki are; former Minister of State for Finance, Bashir Yuguda; a former director of finance at the office of the NSA, Shuaibu Salisu; a former Sokoto State Governor, Attahiru Bafarawa; his son, Sagir, and two firms Dalhatu Investment Limited and Jabbam Ada Global Services, bail in the suit filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), accusing them of criminal breach of trust and of obtaining stolen property.
