News reaching us has it that yesterday Shiite members in Nasarawa matched around town protesting the detention of their leader, Sheiken Zakzaky. One of the placards displayed by them read, the exact words, ‘Free Sheikn Zakzaky. We condemn the kills of muslims in Zaria’. They peacefully marched round town asking for the release of their leader. See more photos below.
