Sports gist we just receive now review that Kennedy Boboye is set to become the new Abia Warriors coach.
According to CompleteSports, Boboye, who managed Sunshine Stars last season, has held talks with the Umuahia club’s management and is now the leading candidate for the job.
Abia Warriors are looking to hire a new handler, after Ladan Bosso left at the end of last season.
Wikki Tourists’ coach, Abdu Maikaba, was also hotly tipped for
the role, but he now looks set to stay at the Bauchi team.
Abia Warriors finished 10th in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) last season.
