Duplex Constructed By A JSS3 Student

Is this boy not an igbo born child? This brain really needs to be exploited. According to reports, this young boy single handedly constructed this duplex which looks like what was designed by an engineer with Phd. What makes this more interesting is that the boy identified as
Chinecherem -is still in Junior Secondary school.
