Mavin’s Boss, Don Jazzy and YBNL’s CEO, Olamide Adedeji, have settled their rift and issued a joint apology.
Olamide and Don Jazzy both shared the photo on their respective instagram pages and wrote "We are very Sorry for the wahala make una no vex oh. It is our responsibility to lead but then again we are only human and we all make mistakes! #WeAreSorryHeadies #WeAreSorryFans #PeaceAndUnity"
It can be recalled that the quarrel started after Reekado, Don Jazzy’s protege and artiste was announced the winner of the ‘Next Rated award’.
Olamide felt it should have gone to his YBLN label’s act, Lil’ Kesh. Olamide stormed out the venue cursing and disrupting proceedings.
Don Jazzy who took the mic thereafter further added fuel to the raging fire with his cheeky comment: “Egbon Olamide, if you want the car come and collect it”.
Olamide since then followed it up with abusive tweets against Don Jazzy.
However the two music heavyweights have finally settled their rift yesterday night and issued a joint apology, and fans are already starting to react to the recent development
