Oh yeah this is really strange as report has it from a report as a twitter user, Tolu Fawehinmi, who shared the photo
and news on social media, this bride was a victim who suffered from the
restriction placed on vehicular movements in Lagos today due to the
highly publicized Lagos marathon that was held this morning.
