| The latest news has it that Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun (who never covers here hair), covered her hair as she signed a bilateral agreement with Qatar's Minister of Finance, Ali Shareef Al Emadi, yesterday. The bilateral agreement was on Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes Income Doha, Qatar.
