News As Dog Was Raped And Hanged to Death

A pit bull mix was brutally raped, murdered, and hung from a tree, say police.

 

According to MYNATION NEWS, a mountain biker in Thurston, Washington on Department of Natural Resources property discovered the abused animal on Monday and contacted the authorities. The dog appears to have been 'severely sexually abused' while still alive and restrained, according to Fox.

 

The dog later died of asphyxiation after being hung from a tree.

'This is a truly horrific situation in all aspects, ‘the humane society’s Washington director, Dan Paul told Fox.

'To think about the suffering this dog experienced in her final moments, as well as knowing there’s an individual or individuals in our state who would perpetrate this type of abuse, is sickening. We are hopeful this reward will bring someone forward with information about this despicable crime,' he added.

 

A $5,000 reward has been offered to anyone with useful information aboutthe heinous crime.

 

Thanks to a donation from a board member, the reward is twice as large as the amount the authorities would normally offer. The FBI has also been called into the investigation based on the heinous nature of the crime, according to the Inquisitr.
