Had Our Fathers Known, They Wouldn't Have Denied 'Biafra' Our Origin - Ijaw Youth

This true article from how Niger Deltans feels,  from a concerned Ijaw youth or what is today known as Niger Delta, those great men from the riverine area who fought against the restoration of a sovereign state of Biafra did so because of ignorance, greed and mere promises the Nigerian government made to them.
According to this Ijaw youth, had they knew the conditions of their children would be worst than theirs today, they wouldn't have gone ahead to betray their blood brothers and most especially their nation 'Biafra'.
In the mail we received, the sender buttressed several points which even a layman wouldn't need to apply much common sense to know that the Niger Delta people or the Ijaws were deceived and lured into betraying their brothers from the east by the Nigerian government and have finally being abandoned after they were obviously stolen from (Oil and Gas).

One of the points he made, MYNATION NEWS is going to share with you right away.

Go to google, type in 'Abuja' and view images.

When you're done viewing images from 'Abuja', type 'Lagos' and also view the images.

Then finally, type in 'Niger Delta' in the same google search box and also view images.

After that, you'll realise as an Ijaw or Niger Deltan who you are. All these things he emotionally said to us in the mail and point out that what ever you would see from those images were made possible because of the crude oil in the defunct Biafra land, against us and our children even the future ones to come. It time to act now.

However, he finally concluded by pleading with our reporters to publish this so the whole world could read it and know their collective stand as a people. He asked us a rhetorical question which we are also going to put across to you.

He asked, if a man from any of the states in the south eastern part of Nigeria is not my brother or related to me as an Ijaw man just as we were erroneously made to believe, is it someone from the far North or Oduduwa that doesn't share the same value system as me I would refer to as a brother?

He also added, when you're direly in need of help maybe you are faced with danger that requires immediate attention, is it not someone who's close to you, you'd beckon on? Do I need to wait for someone in Sokoto to come to my aid maybe the journey might take him two days before I survive from the attack?

We cannot be deceived anymore as a people, the whole issue is stirring us in the face. Had they treated us well, we would have believe at least an inch of all their cooked up stories.
The same ordeal we are faced with as so called Niger Deltans applies to our blood brothers in the east, who in most cases even help us no matter what was done to them by our greedy fathers. So who is cheating who?

MYNATION NEWS will publish more as reports reaching us...
