News trending as A suspected armed robber was given the beating of his life by a mob in Oduobi crescent, Ikenegbu in Owerri, Imo state yesterday Friday September 9th, after residents took the risk to challenge the gang of armed robbers who invaded the business environment in broad day light.


The suspect is said to be among a gang of robbers who terrorize residents of the area which is highly commercialized. Yesterday, he and his gang members went to the area to rob and residents who were mostly youths gave them the chase of their lives. Three of the robbers escaped while one was apprehended.
