It is gathered that the decision shows that until Kanu meets his bail condition, he cannot be set free.
The information gathered revealed that Kanu alongside three other pro-Biafra agitators were whisked away in a green prisons vehicle escorted by
four other black hilux vans carrying men of the secret police.
Recall that the Justice Binta Nyako-led Court had earlier granted the IPOB leader bail on health grounds.
In her ruling, the judge had ordered Kanu to provide three sureties one of who must be a serving senator, a jewish religious leader and highly respected person.
She held that they must own property anywhere in Abuja, but put the bail bond at N100 million for each surety.
Noting that Kanu should not be in a gathering of more than 10 persons, the judge warned that the bail granted the IPOB leader would be revoked if any of the orders are flouted.
