Sports: Mikel Obi out of surgery, undergoes rehabilitation

Current new weeks ago, Nigerian footballer, Mikel Obi, shared pictures of a recent surgery he underwent on his Instagram page.

He also expressed how sad he was with his absence from his Chinese club, Tianjin TEDA.

“Surgery went well, rehab next… can’t wait to
be back ⚽️👊🏽 shame I can’t be on the pitch fighting with my team #TianjinTEDA #TEDAFightingFightingFighting,” he wrote

The midfielder has now begun rehabilitation for proper recovery as he shared recovery pictures and video, which he captioned, “On the road to recovery 💪🏾 can’t wait to get back on the pitch with TEDA and my National Team.”
