It is gathered that A suspected armed robber has met his untimely death in the hands of an irate mob after he was brutally beaten and burnt to death in the early hours of
Sunday.

The sad incident happened in Calabar, Cross River State.

According to Ogechi Elisha, the robber was caught after he tried to snatch a phone from a lady who was on her way to church.

Unfortunately for him, an irate crowd caught him and burnt him alive.
