Mariah Carey silences Nick Cannon from speaking about their divorce

Mariah Carey has silenced Nick Cannon from speaking to the media about their divorce. This is coming after Nick confirmed that they are living separately.

A confidentiality agreement was signed as part of their divorce - but TMZ reports that it was all Mariah's idea. Apparently, she doesn't want for Nick to go singing or giving details about their looming divorce. He is barred from saying anything about the split, or he'll incur severe financial penalties. This woman loves her privacy - not that we can blame her considering how thirsty for very private details their media is, but then again, Mariah has the right under the agreement to announce the split on her terms.

So apart from confirming that the are living apart, (which he is allowed to say), Nick who is clearly following orders has zipped his lips as far as their divorce goes.
