Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke, may have
returned to his old ways of being in the news for the wrong reasons. He
was reportedly arrested in Ghana after being involved in a public fight.
According to Ghanaian media reports, the brawl took place at the Crave
Café at Adjiringanor, East Legon, Accra. Going by account given by an
eyewitness, Jim who relocated to Ghana after his alleged ‘deliverance’
by Prophet TB Joshua, arrived at the café in a Sports Chevy car to meet
with another Nigerian who had earlier arrived in a Range Rover,
apparently to wait for the ‘born again’ actor.
Reports have it that the meeting became heated as Jim and the friend
argued back and forth over an alleged $10, 000, and the argument later
turned nasty which resulted in a fight that spilled out into the street.
It was also gathered that as the fight raged on, Jim entered his car
and was about pulling out something suspected to be a gun, when he was
prevented by the gathering crowd, while the other guy dashed off in his
car only to surface with some policemen who arrested Jim and took him
away.
