Here is latest gist as the Popular Abuja-based actress and star of ‘Drift Beyond Conscience’, Salma Aminu has come after those saying a Lesbian clique is running Nollywood.
Base on information gathered in a chat with TS Weekend, the actress said the issue of lesbianism in Nollywood has been blown out of proportion.
She said;
“Lesbians are everywhere and not just in the movie industry, so I will say it is outrageous picking on Nollywood. I feel this lesbianism thing is just being exaggerated. Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying they are not in the industry but it has been over blown and over flogged.”
When asked if she has been approached by a lesbian before, the actress said no.
