#SFBatKid Will Make You Cry Today. Well, this is going to make you cry. Miles is a five-year-old kid in San Francisco who suffers from leukemia. According to Make-A-Wish foundation:
Miles may only be 5 years old but he is fighting a very adult battle, one that we hope he will win. Miles has leukemia. He is a bright, positive, little boy who finds inspiration in super-heroes. When we interviewed Miles for a wish, he surprised even his parents: Miles wants to be Batkid!
The good people at the Make-A-Wish foundation
organized an event with 10,000 volunteers to help turn the city into
Gotham City by staging an elaborated Batventure for him so he can be a Batman for
real. Miles ran around the city "fighting crime" in a series of
organized events that helped him lived his dream. Even the president of
the United State, President Obama sent him a Vine message.
I wonder why bad things happen to innocent people sometimes. Anyway,
get your tissue ready because these incredible pictures you are about to
see are gonna make you cry.
