Nigeria traffic law enforcement officers will never seize to amaze me.
This vehicle can not even make it back to the police station, let alone
catch a thief walk on foot with a bad leg, still they had the nerves to
pull someone over for a traffic violation. Is this one still Toyota? I
guess it should be called Oyota. lolllzzzz
